CirnoBall v0.2 - The Jumping Update

CirnoBall v0.2

- Added the ability to jump!

- You are now teleported back to the start of the level upon falling into the void.

- Bad Pickups (name pending :p) now exist! These subtract from your score when collected. Unsure of where I'd use these but they were so easy to implement that I thought it was a no brainer.

- Win Ice Blocks now exist! These ice blocks will complete the level when you collect them. For now though they simply display the win text on consumption.

- Music now plays in the main level! This is currently Cirno's Boss Theme from Touhou 6, but it may change later on.
